We will hear inspiring presentations on how to succeed in higher education, we will explore effective health care and wellness strategies while navigating the global pandemic, and we will discuss supportive resources for academic achievement. This session will  highlight the African American student experience during the global pandemic. Panel members will share their personal higher education journey and encourage students to persist even in the face of adversity. Participants lean more about the Umoja program and will be inspired to accomplish their academic and career goals.

Health & Wellness is often taken for granted. Let's see how you stack up with taking care of yourself and others in this interactive game of trivia. as you play, learn more about wellness strategies that's good for you and people you care about. no matter if you are a novice or an expert, you will be sure to learn more while having a good time!
