LATE ARRIVAL NOTICE
To allow for sufficient time in the counseling appointments, it will be considered a NO SHOW
• after a 5 minute late arrival to a 30 minute appointment
• after a 10 minute late arrival to a 1 hour appointment
• after a 10 minute late arrival to a learning disability testing appointment
After a student is a NO SHOW, it is the counselor's discretion to take the next student
that is waiting,
complete paperwork, or leave the office to conduct business.
ALTERNATE MEDIA REQUESTS
Appointments are at the hour and are typically 30 minutes
9:00 to 4:30 PM, Monday thru Friday
Who needs to make an appointment?
* Students making requests for the semester
* Students learning a specific software program (must be approved by DSPS counselor)
* Students needing more help with software
Who does NOT need to make an appointment?
(Please note that you may have to wait if there is another student being helped)
* Students submitting form for loaned equipment (must be approved by DSPS counselor)
* Students picking up and dropping off loaned equipment
* Students dropping off a receipt
* Student updating request form
* Students dropping off handouts to be converted into an accessible format
